ABOUT THE POSITION

A Project coordinator supports Project Managers and all landscape projects from start to finish. The Project Coordinator’s objective is to ensure that materials and services are ordered and scheduled per the project plan. The Project Coordinator is key in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality. They communicate with various stakeholders inside and outside their organization to achieve these goals.  If you find beauty in creativity, are motivated by the landscaping process, have keen attention to detail, are organized, and enjoy solving problems with a cool head, this position may be an ideal fit for you!

 

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have the following background:

  • Ability to learn and master Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate with various construction trades and passionate interest in learning means, methods, materials, & technical details.
  • Interest in learning how to read architectural plans, specifications and provide accurate estimates of cost.
  • Interest and Ability to learn how to create, maintain, and update short-term and long-term project schedules
  • Past construction field experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, hardworking, with the ability to multitask and communicate
  • Predisposed to seeking solutions and diligently tracking large amounts of information
  • Feels comfortable in the office, in front of clients, owning progress & informing discussions.
