ABOUT THE POSITION
As a WEBB construction project manager, you will oversee various unique Landscape projects. The project manager will work closely with designers, architects, administrative staff, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients throughout all project phases from start to finish. The project manager is ultimately responsible for delivering on quality, time and budget expectations. If you find beauty in the details and creativity, are motivated by the landscaping process, have keen attention to detail, are organized, and enjoy solving problems with a cool head, this position may be an ideal fit for you!
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have the following background:
- Ability to learn and master Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate with various construction trades and passionate interest in learning means, methods, materials, & technical details.
- Ability and interest to perform physical work
- Interest in learning how to read architectural plans, specifications and provide accurate estimates of cost.
- Interest and Ability to learn how to create, maintain, and update short-term and long-term project schedules
- Past construction field experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, hardworking, with the ability to multitask and communicate
- Predisposed to seeking solutions and diligently tracking large amounts of information
- Feels comfortable on a construction site managing field staff and in front of clients, owning progress & informing discussions.
